Shipping
We dispatch orders within 3 working days. But if there are any delays, we'll be sure to notify you.
All orders are shipped with PostNL and trackable most of the time. You’ll see the shipping costs for your order at checkout.
If your order is urgent, please email us (hi@sanchosancho.com) and we’ll do everything we can to prioritise it.
Buyers in certain countries might incur additional import fees on their purchases.
Netherlands shipping
We aim to send all orders within 3 working days of the order being placed. Typically it will then arrive the next day but can take longer.
Europe shipping
Orders are sent with PostNL tracked: 3-4 working days delivery aim.
Worldwide shipping
Orders are sent with PostNL tracked: 3-17 working days delivery aim but can take longer.
Return policy
We really hope that you are very happy with your order, but please do get in touch if there is any issue. Please make sure you return the item in its original condition, within 10 days in order to get an exchange or refund. Items that return in an unsellable condition will not be refunded.
Any returned items will be refunded immediately minus the cost of the initial postage fee. Any faulty items must be returned to us before a replacement or refund is provided.
We're afraid we're not able to refund on any personalised items as it will not be possible for us to restock these. This excludes damaged items.
If you do send items back then please use a secure postage method, so that you can trace where the package is. The item is your responsibility until we've received it.
To start a return, you can contact us at hi@sanchosancho.com. Once your return is accepted, I'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
